About Me
I started at Maple River Animal Clinic in 2019 after graduating from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. During my clinical years of school my focus was large animal medicine, but I found I enjoyed the day-to-day procedures involved in small animal practice. Working at MRVA provides me with the opportunity to experience both large and small animal aspects of veterinary medicine. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science through the Honor's College at Michigan State University in 2015. I am originally from Harrisville, MI, but my fiancé Matthew and I are appreciating the chance to take in all that Northwest Michigan has to offer. In my spare time I have been exploring hiking trails and the many inland lakes of the area with my Great Pyrenees Arctic.
